- Annual Membership: Membership fees are billed once anually, on the sign up date.
- Non-Refundable: Membership fees are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Auto-Renewal: Your membership will auto-renew each year unless you opt out with notice.
- Exclusive Benefits: All discounts and offers are exclusive to members and vary by membership tier.
- Treatment Availability: Access to discounted treatments depends on appointment availability.
- Product Discounts: Discounts on skincare and retail items are valid as long as supplies last.
- Birthday Perks: Birthday treatments must be booked and used during your birthday month.
- Points System: Loyalty points are earned per dollar spent and vary by membership tier.
- Points Expiration: Loyalty points expire if not redeemed within a designated time frame.
- Cancellation Policy: A 30-day written notice is required prior to your renewal date to cancel.
- Changes to Terms: The Lads Room reserves the right to update terms and conditions as needed.

Yes—tier changes can be made when it’s time to renew. Just let us know at least 30 days before your renewal date so we can make the switch.
If the notice window is missed, your membership will auto-renew for another year. Reach out to us if you need to discuss changes after renewal.
Points must be used within the redemption period tied to your tier. Any unused points will expire and won’t roll into the next year.
Membership perks are linked to the member who signed up and can’t be shared or transferred.
You can cancel by giving us a 30-day written notice ahead of your renewal. Please note—unused months in your current membership term aren’t refundable.
Book your birthday treatment during the month of your birthday and bring a valid ID to confirm eligibility.
