Get That Chiseled Look With Dermal Filler

Dermal fillers and injectables are one of the fastest, most effective ways to restore lost volume, reinforce structure, and improve how you show up in the mirror.

They’re ideal for sculpting the jawline and chin, smoothing deep folds, or filling in hollow areas like the temples and under-eyes. Results are immediate, subtle and long-lasting — often up to a year or more depending on the product.

At The Lads Room, we tailor our injection techniques to male-specific goals — using deeper placement, straighter lines, and wider distribution. The goal: a chiseled look that’s still natural and true to you.

We use top-tier dermal fillers and injectables including Juvederm®, Restylane®, Voluma®, Kybella® and Sculptra®. When you come in, we’ll build a personalized plan and guide you to the right choice based on your features, goals, and lifestyle.

Men's Dermal Filler FAQ's

What is the filler treatment like?

Before we inject, we’ll numb the area so you’re comfortable throughout. Most fillers also contain lidocaine, a local anesthetic that keeps things easy. The whole process is quick and straightforward.

How many dermal filler sessions do I need?

It depends on your goals and how much volume or structure we’re working with. Some male patients get the result they want in one session. Others need a few rounds for a more layered, natural build.

What can I expect after a dermal filler treatment?

You might notice a bit of swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection sites. Some areas swell more than others. Jawline and chin usually stay pretty low-key. Results show up instantly and last for 12 to 24 months depending on the product.

What is the aftercare for fillers like Juvederm and Restylane?

Rest assured that your injector will provide full instructions for aftercare, but here are the main things to keep in mind:

  • Don’t touch the area for at least 6 hours.

  • No skincare products, makeup, or lip balm until the next day.

  • Ice packs (wrapped in a clean towel) help with swelling.

  • Skip the gym or sauna for 24 hours.

  • Avoid dental work and laser treatments near the injected area for 1–2 weeks.

  • Don’t use suction devices or apply pressure to the area.

  • Mild soreness is normal—Tylenol is fine, but skip Advil and other NSAIDs for a couple of days to reduce bruising risk.

  • Sleep slightly elevated the first night to help swelling go down.
What’s the difference between male and female filler treatments?

Filler goals and techniques vary significantly. Men typically want stronger angles and definition that don’t soften their features, especially in the jawline, chin, and cheeks. That means straighter lines, deeper placement, and volume in just the right places.
Women benefit from softer curves, lifted cheeks, or lip volume. That’s why working with an injector trained in male anatomy matters if you want a natural but more masculine look.

Who can NOT have dermal fillers?

Anyone with active cold sores, infections, or who’s recently had dental procedures, illness, or vaccinations should wait until fully recovered. We’ll talk through your medical history during your consult.
